In a field where women are chronically under-represented (less than 5%), WAM seeks to "change the face of sound" by providing hands-on training, experience, career counseling and job placement to women and girls in media technology for music, radio, film, television and the internet. WAM believes that women's mastery of music technology and inclusion in the production process will expand the vision and voice of media and popular culture.

"The RNR1 and T2 are in constant use in WAM's studio. The RNR1 is amazing on any acoustic instrument. You get the best of both worlds, the smoothness of a ribbon mic as well as the detail normally associated with a condenser."

"...and the T2 is a monster workhorse on any drum task from tom toms to overheads. We love 'em and we love the folks at sE, who really get behind our mission to get more women into this industry."
