Z3300a Large Diaphragm Multi-Pattern Condenser Microphone
The Z3300A is a versatile FET microphone and utilises a large 1.07" twin diaphragm, which gives the recording engineer a choice of three polar patterns, omni, cardioid and figure of eight.
Couple this with a 100Hz low cut filter and new ultra clean, ultra quiet Z range electronics and the Z3300A is the premium solid state microphone for almost all recording applications, from vocals, to pianos and acoustic instruments.

"I use the Z3300a on most vocals sessions, though it's also great as an overhead mic on live drums, and guitar amps for the sound of the room. The Z3300a was also used extensively on Ed Sheeran's albums 'Collaboration No.5', and most recently for all the vocals of his new No.1 hit album '+' along with the sE4400a's on all acoustic guitars, live pianos and percussion". - Producer and songwriter Jake Gosling, read full interview here.
